"I came to EB Nutrition with several problems which included stomach pains, gas, bloating, and weight gain around my middle. I always felt hungry, never was able to lose weight even though I dieted, and generally just didn't feel well. Elizabeth took the time to listen, determine the root cause of my symptoms, and come up with a nutritional program for me to follow. Within four days, I felt better. I was amazed! The gas and bloating disappeared. Now I am not hungry. My clothes are fitting better already. A few years ago I decided that it was time to tackle my sugar cravings once and for all. I heard about EB Nutrition through a friend who had a lot of success with their approach, so I figured I would give them a try. The first meeting was completely different than I thought. Elizabeth spent an hour and a half listening to my story, asking me questions and creating a plan. The experience was so comprehensive and she created the plan for me on her computer right on the spot. I even had a chance to follow along by watching the screen as she typed. At the end of the session she told me that if I followed the plan that my sugar cravings would be completely gone. It sounded too good to be true. But, after a few days on the plan I started to experience what she predicted. It has now been 2 years and I am in complete control of my craving for sweets. Every now and then I may have a treat if I want it, but I am able to have a small amount and be satisfied. I am so grateful that my life is no longer ruled by my sweet tooth! Thank you EB!
