Meet the Staff

Elizabeth earned her degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science from Auburn University. She specializes in preventative and therapeutic nutritional programs for individuals with a broad range of medical needs. Elizabeth's unique counseling methods have helped hundreds of people resolve medical issues, lose weight, and achieve their health-related goals. She has spent the past twelve years in the Washington D.C./Metro area working as a nutritional consultant, professional speaker, and fitness enthusiast. Elizabeth has been featured on NBC, named in Washingtonian Magazine as one of the top dietitians in the DC-metropolitan area, and featured in People Magazine.

Melissa Bosslet Majumdar, RD, LN, CPT

Melissa Bosslet Majumdar, Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist, and Certified Personal Trainer, completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Illinois with a minor in Chemistry and a major in Food Science/Human Nutrition. She received the Bronze Tablet award for graduating with honors in the top three percent of her class. Melissa has been afforded the opportunity to provide nutritional care to patients in hospitals, clinics, and community outpatient settings. Her expertise encompasses work with diabetes management, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, hormonal dysfunction, weight management, and sports nutrition.

Kristin Fryer, Office Manager

Kristin Fryer, Office Manager and Wellness Program Coordinator, specializes in office management and information systems. Upon attending Western Kentucky University, Kristin relocated to Maryland to pursue a career in office management. Her expertise encompasses data systems analysis, client/patient needs assessment, computer programming, graphics design and administrative management. Kristin has been working as an office manager for EB Nutrition for the past four years.
